I'm having a persistent issue with my Windows Surface Pro 5 and my partner's Surface Book and Surface Laptop. They frequently show 'No Internet, Secured', and we often have to reset our router several times a day just to get them connected again. It's super frustrating, and I'm looking for a way to resolve this for good. I've already checked to ensure that all devices are set to obtain IP addresses automatically, and they all have different IPs. Sometimes I can temporarily fix the issue by troubleshooting the network settings on one device or restarting it, but that isn't a reliable solution. I've already gone through some recommended steps found [here](https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/ongoing-problem-with-wireless-adapter-or-access/f1969239-ea79-409f-bc60-e3601eb2fe62). Can anyone suggest how to fix this problem?

It sounds like your access point might be the issue. You might want to restart it first to see if that helps. If the problem continues, you could reach out to your internet service provider for more in-depth troubleshooting. They can guide you through further tests to identify the root cause.
The 'No Internet, Secured' message indicates that your devices are connected to your local network, but they either aren’t getting an IP from the router or can't confirm internet access. This often happens if your network has a captive portal that needs login credentials before granting internet access. I’d recommend trying a factory reset on your router to see if that clears things up.
I do restart the router regularly, but the problem keeps coming back. I'm really trying to figure out what's causing it and how to fix it permanently. The 10-minute wait for reconnection can be a hassle, especially when I'm in the middle of something important!
