What are the best upgrades for my old computer?

I'm looking for advice on upgrading my computer. Currently, I'm dealing with 8GB of RAM, an older Intel Core i3 processor, and a GTX 1030 graphics card. My main focus is on improving graphics performance and getting better FPS. I'm on a budget but would like to consider newer generation processors and RTX graphics cards. I don't mind older hardware as long as it offers solid performance. Also, sorry if my English isn't perfect—it's not my first language!

If you want to boost your FPS without breaking the bank, an upgrade to a GTX 1660 could be a good move. It's affordable and performs well with most games. Also, adding another 8GB of RAM could help out a lot. But keep in mind, your i3 processor could hold you back, so eventually, you might need to think about a complete system upgrade if you want major improvements.

Hey there! Before we dive into upgrades, could you pull up 'System Information' on your Windows? It’ll help us know your exact CPU and motherboard model along with the BIOS version. With that info, we can recommend some compatible upgrades without needing a full rebuild.

It's definitely worth thinking about which games or applications you plan to use. While a better GPU can boost performance in many cases, some games really need a stronger processor to keep up. Knowing your game preferences will help narrow down the best options for you!
