I'm putting together a gaming PC in Europe and I'm finding noticeably different prices between retailers. For example, one store has the Ryzen 7 7800X3D about $60 cheaper, while another has the RX 9070 XT roughly $30 cheaper. The same pattern applies to several other components. Would you buy each part from whichever reputable store offers the lowest total price, or pay a little more to order everything from one retailer for convenience and simpler support?

There’s no problem buying from multiple stores, as long as each one is reputable. Compare the final price after shipping, taxes, discounts, and any payment fees. If the savings are still meaningful, spreading the order around makes sense.
I’d shop around for the cheapest trustworthy sellers. The components themselves are the same, but retailer quality matters for returns, exchanges, and customer service. I wouldn’t save a small amount by buying from a questionable marketplace seller.
Since you're in Europe, consumer protection rules should help, but it’s still worth checking the retailer’s reputation and whether the item is sold directly by the store rather than a third-party seller.
For a large price difference, I’d definitely use different stores. For a tiny difference, I’d probably buy everything together to reduce shipping, tracking, and return hassles. Work out the total delivered cost instead of comparing only the listed prices.
Also keep all the receipts and order confirmations. You may need to deal with each retailer separately if something arrives damaged or fails.
