My PC Health Check says the computer meets the Windows 11 requirements, but Windows Settings says it isn't eligible. I also tried opening the Windows 11 Installation Assistant, but it fails with the message: "Can't create files. Please check if you have permission to write to the installation folder." What's the best way to resolve this and complete the upgrade?

You can create a Windows 11 installation USB with Rufus. In its advanced options, choose the settings that remove or bypass the TPM and other hardware requirement checks, then run the upgrade from that USB. Be aware that bypassing the requirements is unofficial and could have compatibility or support limitations.
If I install it this way, will Windows 11 still receive normal updates afterward?
