I'm using an ASRock B550M-C motherboard with a Ryzen 5 5600X, 32GB of RAM, and an RX 580 8GB. Since I upgraded the CPU, I wondered whether it would make sense to replace the graphics card too, but I'd like to keep the budget below $100. I don't really game on this PC because I mostly use a Steam Deck, so should I keep the RX 580 or look for an inexpensive upgrade?

Your current setup already makes a good companion to a Steam Deck. The RX 580 should handle the same games at 1080p with performance that’s generally as good or better, so there’s no real need to upgrade if you aren’t gaming on this system much.
Save a little longer rather than making a small sidegrade. A used RX 6600 around $150–$170 could be a worthwhile step up, while cards like a used RTX 2070 or 2070 Super become more reasonable closer to the $200 range.
I’d keep the RX 580. It’s still one of the strongest cards you’re likely to find for under $100, and most newer budget cards won’t offer enough of an improvement to justify the cost.
That makes sense. Since I don’t really use this PC for gaming, I’ll probably keep the RX 580 and save the money for a more noticeable upgrade later.
