Is This RX 9070 XT Gaming PC Build Worth the Price?

I'm building my first PC and would appreciate feedback on whether these parts are good value in Sweden, and whether the system should perform well while staying reasonably cool. The build includes an Acer Predator BiFrost RX 9070 XT 16GB OC for $805.79, a Ryzen 7 7800X3D OEM for $345.38, an ASUS TUF Gaming B650E-E WiFi motherboard for $155.95, a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE ARGB cooler for $49.09, a SAMA Z60 case with four 140 mm ARGB fans for $73.16, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 CL30 memory with AMD EXPO for $613.21, a Kingston NV3 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD for $176.77, and a Chieftec Vega M 850W ATX 3.1 Gold modular power supply for $99.32. The estimated total is $2,318.68.

The core parts are well matched. The 7800X3D and RX 9070 XT should make an excellent gaming combination, and the Phantom Spirit is capable of keeping the CPU under control. The biggest concern is the memory price—it looks extremely expensive for a 32GB DDR5-6000 kit. Since this is an X3D processor, CL36 memory would usually have little noticeable impact compared with CL30, so choosing a cheaper kit could free up money for a larger SSD.

These are Swedish prices, and this was the least expensive CL30 kit I could find. The CL36 options I found were only about $30 cheaper, though I’ll keep looking at other brands.

I’d prioritize getting cheaper RAM and upgrading to at least a 2TB SSD. Modern games can fill a 1TB drive quickly, and the Kingston NV3 is more of a budget drive, so a better-value 2TB model may be a smarter use of the budget. The 850W power supply should be sufficient if it’s a reputable unit, although checking independent reviews would be worthwhile.

The build should run at good temperatures as long as the case fans are configured properly—front or bottom intake with rear or top exhaust. The motherboard, cooler, and power supply are generally suitable for these components. Before buying, verify that the OEM processor includes the warranty support you expect, since OEM CPUs can have different warranty terms from retail versions.
