I'm using an MSI MAG 255XF with G-SYNC, FreeSync Premium, and VRR enabled, along with V-SYNC enabled in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Despite that, Overwatch still shows a lot of screen tearing. I also have an MSI G274QPF E2 running at 180Hz, and tearing isn't an issue on that display. I'd like to use the 300Hz monitor for Overwatch, so could running two monitors at different refresh rates be causing the problem?

Set the frame-rate limit below the monitor’s maximum refresh rate. G-SYNC can prevent tearing while the frame rate stays within its variable-refresh range, but hitting or exceeding 300 FPS can still cause tearing. Also check that G-SYNC is enabled for both windowed and full-screen applications, since Overwatch commonly runs in borderless windowed mode. The two monitors having different refresh rates may contribute to odd behavior, but the in-game FPS cap and G-SYNC mode are the first things to verify.
Use G-SYNC together with V-SYNC and NVIDIA Reflex or the lowest-latency option. It’s also worth enabling V-SYNC in Overwatch itself, not only in the NVIDIA Control Panel. Since the game can run faster than the panel’s refresh rate, cap the frame rate slightly below 300Hz—around 297 FPS is a good starting point.

So I should enable V-SYNC in the game as well as in the NVIDIA Control Panel?
