Looking for Recommendations on Affordable Windows Laptops Under $400

I'm in the market for a Windows laptop that costs less than $400. I need it to come with Microsoft Office, but it doesn't have to be super fast or have an extremely long battery life. Having a good keyboard and trackpad is important to me, and an SD card slot would be a nice bonus.

Consider getting a second-hand Lenovo ThinkPad. They're known for their durability and often have great keyboards, which fits your needs perfectly.

Staples, Best Buy, and Walmart usually have affordable options for new laptops. However, I'd recommend looking for business-class models like the Lenovo or HP that have been off-lease. They might cost a bit more, but they're often built better than consumer-grade laptops.

If you’re open to it, you can find free Microsoft Office at massgrave.dev, but be cautious about where you get your software from.

There are plenty of good options on eBay as well, like the Dell 5500, which goes for around $200-$350. They come with Windows 11 and should meet your requirements well.

You might want to check out the Dell Inspiron 3310. I found one for just $140 on eBay, and it offers decent performance for everyday tasks at that price. Just make sure to check the condition before buying!
