The only way such data could be exposed would be through a serious security or authorization flaw, such as an unprotected endpoint returning private records. Testing or exploiting that would be unauthorized access, not a normal data-retrieval technique. If you need to contact supporters, use the petition platform’s built-in communication or consent-based options.
No legitimate method exists for deriving private email addresses from a supporter’s name and city. Attempting to scrape or uncover them would violate the platform’s privacy terms and could be unlawful, especially since supporters were told that their email addresses would remain private.
