Best Motherboard Options for Upgrading to a 9800X3D?

I'm planning to upgrade to a 9800X3D and I'm a bit lost on which motherboard to choose. I've read so many conflicting opinions about what's good and what's not, especially about some Asrock boards experiencing issues with the 9800X3D. Currently, I'm considering the X670E TOMAHAWK, but I'm not sure if that's the best pick.

I'm also looking at the NH-D15 G2 LBC for my CPU cooler but would like to know if there's a better alternative. This upgrade is pretty significant for me since I'm moving from an i5-10400. I want to avoid hitting 100% CPU usage during tasks like video rendering.

Additionally, I have a 3070Ti GPU and I'm aware it might bottleneck my new CPU. Just how much of a bottleneck should I expect? I've heard that having the GPU as the bottleneck is ideal, so I'm curious about how this impacts performance.

I'm more into CPU-intensive games, so while some suggest I upgrade my GPU, I'm focused on this CPU upgrade for better overall performance in my gaming and other tasks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When it comes to motherboards, just pick one that fits your budget and has all the necessary connectors for M.2 slots, USB, Wi-Fi, etc. And yes, you really want your GPU to be the bottleneck if you're upgrading later; your CPU should keep up just fine for a while.
