I'll be traveling to the US and have about $500 to spend on a graphics card. My system has 32GB of DDR5 memory, a Ryzen 7 7700X, and a 34-inch 144Hz monitor. I was considering buying through Micro Center, but I can't create an account because I don't have a US phone number. Which GPU offers the best performance and value within my budget?

If the 9060 XT 16GB is consistently over budget, compare deals on the RTX 3060 Ti, RTX 4060 Ti, and RTX 5060 Ti. Pick whichever has the best price-to-performance ratio at the time, since sale pricing can change the recommendation.

The Radeon RX 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM is a strong option for this budget and should pair well with your system and high-refresh ultrawide monitor.

The issue is that the cheapest 16GB model I’ve found is around $530, so it’s slightly above the stated budget.
