I added a second monitor and placed it directly above my existing one. The display arrangement is correct in Windows' display settings, but the mouse stops at the top edge of the lower monitor instead of crossing onto the upper monitor. I can reach the upper display by going through my third monitor, but I'd like to move directly between the two stacked screens. How can I fix this?

Open Display settings and click Identify so you can confirm which screen is assigned to each number. Then make sure the monitor rectangles are positioned exactly as they are physically, with the stacked displays touching edge-to-edge. With three monitors, even a tiny gap between the two stacked screens can prevent the cursor from crossing. Temporarily move the primary monitor out of the way, snap the stacked monitors together, apply the change, and then place the primary monitor back and apply again.
The displays already match the physical layout, and moving between the side monitor works. The problem only affects the two monitors stacked above one another.
