I'm trying to play Call of Duty: Black Ops II Zombies on my PC, but this problem only started yesterday. After waiting for a minute or two, I receive a notice saying the Call of Duty: Black Ops II server is unavailable and to try again later. Has anyone else dealt with this, or know what troubleshooting steps might fix it?

A full restart of the network and PC is worth trying first. Temporary connection or service issues can sometimes clear up after rebooting, even when there’s no obvious change to the settings.
Start with the basics: restart both your computer and network equipment, then check for system or game updates. If that doesn’t help, reinstalling the game may clear up a corrupted installation or connection issue.
I ended up uninstalling the game and restarting my router, and it started working again. I’m not sure which step actually fixed it.
That seems to have done the trick along with reinstalling the game. Everything is working now.
