Need Help with My iPhone 16 Pro Max Issues

Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a bind with my iPhone 16 Pro Max, which is only about 6 months old since I bought it last November. I've been dealing with multiple frustrating issues since January, and I could really use your advice. Here's what's been going on:

1. My phone overheats even with minimal use or while charging. It feels hot all the time.
2. The screen glitches, showing colored stripes or sometimes black and white flashes several times a day.
3. When I'm typing in iMessage or social media apps, my phone randomly types on its own, making it really hard to communicate.
4. My camera barely works. I often have to reopen the camera app multiple times for it to show up, and the quality is terrible now.

I've reached out to ATT for a warranty claim, but they only want to offer a $60 screen replacement. I've dealt with previous extensive damage before where I could just pay $100 for a replacement, and now I feel a screen fix won't solve all these other issues. I'm thinking of just paying $100 for a new device if it means my $1,200 phone would actually function properly. Any thoughts?

For real, you might want to see if there's an Apple store near you. It seems like going in person could help speed things up compared to dealing with ATT for a potential replacement.

Yep, I hate phone calls! In-person would definitely be better for me.

You should definitely contact Apple support. If possible, visit an Apple Store and set up an appointment. They can run diagnostics to find out exactly what's wrong. Just make sure to ask them to check everything thoroughly, not just the screen.

Yeah, I contacted them but they also just offered a screen replacement. I might explode and switch back to a flip phone at this rate!

That's frustrating! But it's important to get those diagnostics done. Keep a record of what they say to help with your provider too.
