I bought this PC used several months ago and recently had issues with buffering and screen tearing. Replacing the monitor and switching to a DisplayPort cable fixed those problems, but the system now feels sluggish during use. I have about $1,200 to start upgrading it and plan to visit Micro Center soon. My current build has a Ryzen 5 5600X, 16GB of RAM, an RTX 3050 6GB, and roughly 1TB of storage with about 537GB used. I found a bundle that includes a Ryzen 7 7800X3D, a B650E motherboard, 32GB of DDR5 memory, an RTX 5060 Ti, and an 850W power supply for around $1,250. Is this a good deal, and would it be enough of an upgrade to keep me set for a while apart from adding more storage?

If those bundle prices are accurate, it is a reasonable value, especially since it upgrades the CPU, motherboard, memory, graphics card, and power supply at once. The 7800X3D is excellent for gaming and 32GB of DDR5 is a good amount of memory. Just make sure the exact GPU model and bundle price are correct, because the graphics card will determine how much of a gaming improvement you actually see. You would still want to budget for additional storage later.
Another option would be selling the current PC as a complete system rather than upgrading it piece by piece. Depending on its condition and local prices, you could put that money toward a stronger new build with a Ryzen 5 7600X or 9600X and a higher-tier graphics card such as an RX 9070 or 9070 XT. That route may provide a larger gaming upgrade overall, but the bundle is still a sensible choice if you specifically want the 7800X3D platform and the included components are priced well.
The power supply is included too, so it would use almost the entire budget. I mainly want to know whether this would be a big enough upgrade that I would not need to replace the core parts again soon.
