I'm shopping for a 75-inch TV for my living room and want to keep the cost reasonable. I'll mainly use it for sports, Netflix, movies, and some PS5 gaming. The Hisense E7 was recommended as a budget-friendly option, but I don't know much about TV specifications. Is it a worthwhile buy at its current price, or are there better alternatives I should consider?

The biggest missing detail is your actual budget. At a lower price, the E7 may be a good compromise, but if you’re close to the price of a better 120Hz model from another brand, that could be the smarter buy for sports and PS5 use. Compare brightness, refresh rate, HDMI 2.1 features, and local dimming—not just the advertised size.
Hisense is one of the cheaper brands, so quality control and long-term reliability can be less consistent than with more established manufacturers. I’d compare the warranty and return policy, and make sure the TV has the gaming features you want rather than choosing based only on screen size.
The E7 could be a solid choice if the 75-inch model is priced well. Check the exact model number before buying because the features can differ by region and version. For mostly streaming and casual gaming, 60Hz may be enough, but a 120Hz panel would be better for sports and PS5 gaming if you can find one within budget.
