I'm fairly new to building PCs and would appreciate a sanity check on this parts list. I already own an SSD, but I still need to choose a case and I'm not sure how to confirm compatibility or what features to look for. I'm planning to assemble the system myself. The main thing left is choosing a case with ATX motherboard support, enough GPU clearance, sufficient CPU-cooler height clearance, and good front-to-back airflow.
Since you’re building it yourself, you don’t need to base the choice on whether a local store offers assembly or bundles. Use the case manufacturer’s specifications to compare the maximum graphics-card length and CPU-cooler height against your components. A case with several included fans or roomy mesh intake areas will make cooling easier, especially for a build with this level of performance.
