How Long Does it Take to Get a Replacement Apple Gift Card?

I recently bought a $500 Apple gift card from Woolworths, but I noticed that some letters are missing from the code. After contacting Apple support and providing the necessary photos, I've been waiting for about three days now for a replacement. Has anyone in Australia had a similar experience? How long did it take for you to receive your replacement card? I don't think I've been scammed since the card was sealed properly, and the other three $500 cards I bought are fine; it's just this one that had the code scratched off when peeling the sticker.

It can take up to 10 business days for the Gift Card Team to process your request. Just make sure to have uploaded your images correctly. They need to see your handwritten case number on the receipt and all images should include the receipt, gift card, and any activation slips together. If they are not clear, you might not get a quick response, so double-check that your images meet their requirements.

If you haven't heard back yet, definitely contact them again. I know it can be frustrating, but I believe they are swamped. Have you tried reaching out through different channels? Sometimes chatting with support can get you a clearer answer.

Yeah, I’ve already done that. They keep saying I should get it soon, but it’s tough to reach the right department.
