A large client is considering moving its mobile service from AT&T to MetTel. They need reliable coverage across the state, and MetTel's ability to manage a fleet of phones across multiple carrier networks sounds almost too good to be true. Has anyone used MetTel for this kind of deployment? How was the coverage, billing, support, and overall experience?

One clarification: MetTel and Mitel are different companies, although they may partner in some areas. The comments about Mitel phone systems shouldn’t be treated as direct feedback about MetTel’s mobile service. For MetTel specifically, the feedback here seems heavily weighted toward avoiding them.
Our experience was very poor. Support often pushed us back to the underlying telecom provider, even though the service and circuit were being billed and managed through MetTel. We were also charged a substantial monthly management fee for a relatively inexpensive coax connection, then faced a long remaining contract term after canceling. I’d be extremely careful with the contract terms and would avoid them based on our experience.
