I just installed the Mrchromebox firmware on my ASUS Chromebox CN60 and now I'm looking for a UEFI-compatible Linux distribution to use. My specs are: Intel Celeron 2955U at 1.40 GHz, 4 GB of RAM (likely DDR3), and a 16 GB SSD. Any recommendations?

You might want to consider a few options like Lubuntu, Xubuntu, or Linux Mint with XFCE. They're lightweight and should run well on your hardware. Puppy Linux and AntiX are also good choices! Just be sure to check which ones support UEFI since that seems key for you.
Do Lubuntu and Xubuntu really work fine on Chromebooks? I thought they were a bit heavy.
