I'm having a frustrating issue with my computer where my monitor shuts off, and it restarts everything I'm working on, even though my rig is still powered on. The event logs indicate it might be due to power loss or overheating, but my GPU usually runs at around 35°C, which seems fine. Here's my setup: I'm using an RTX 4070, a Ryzen 7 7700, a B650M-C motherboard, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Have you thought about your drivers? I had a similar restarting problem, and my computer tech advised me to roll back my NVIDIA drivers to version 566.36. Luckily, that fixed my issues completely!
It might be a bad power supply unit (PSU) causing the problem. Those can be tricky to diagnose. Make sure you're looking into that if the other troubleshooting doesn't help.
It sounds like overheating might not just be an issue with your GPU. You should check your CPU temperatures too. Sometimes it's easy to overlook that part, and if it's overheating, it could lead to shutdowns.
I checked and the CPU temps range between 50-40°C, so that seems okay.
How can I tell if it’s definitely the PSU?
