Is This €2,500 Gaming PC Build Well Balanced?

I'm putting together a gaming PC in Finland with a budget of about €2,500. Gaming is the main use, with some occasional Photoshop work. My current parts list is an ASUS RTX 5070 Ti Prime OC 16GB, ASUS TUF Gaming B850-PLUS WIFI motherboard, AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 EVO cooler, 32GB DDR5-6000 memory, a 1TB WD Black SN7100 NVMe SSD, NZXT H5 Flow case, and a 1000W Corsair RM1000e power supply. The total comes to roughly €2,490, so there isn't much room to spend more. Would you keep this build as-is, or would you change any parts to improve value, cooling, storage, or gaming performance?

A 1000W PSU is more than this system needs. A good 750W or 850W unit should be sufficient for a 9800X3D paired with this class of graphics card, while potentially costing less and running more quietly. Check the specific GPU’s recommended power supply requirement before deciding.

The build will work well, but there are a few places to save money without giving up much performance. A Ryzen 7 7800X3D could free up budget with only a small gaming difference, and some non-ASUS components may offer better value.

The 9800X3D is fine, but you could use a less expensive cooler and a faster DDR5-6000 CL30 kit. Consider comparing graphics cards carefully too, since a cheaper model may deliver similar performance. The H5 Flow would also benefit from better airflow because it includes only two basic, non-PWM fans. A case with better fans included and a 750W or 850W efficient Gold-rated power supply would be a more balanced choice.

You could switch to a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and an RX 9070 XT, depending on your preference for features such as ray tracing and upscaling. The savings could make room for a 2TB SSD while keeping gaming performance very strong. I’d also choose a case with several PWM fans already included.
