How Can I Connect with the Tech Industry as a Beginner Full-Stack Developer?

I'm a beginner full-stack developer trying to figure out what it really means to put myself out there for employment. I want to connect with others in the industry and build my network, but where I'm located, there aren't any tech events or gatherings. My best option seems to be the internet, but I'm not sure how to make meaningful connections online. I've been posting about my projects (mostly just HTML and CSS) on Twitter for about a month, but I haven't received any responses. I understand building a presence takes time, but I feel like I might be missing something. Additionally, I'm currently taking some well-known free courses for self-taught developers, where I joined a Discord server and made a few friends. What should I do next to meet more people interested in web development?

Check out the cloud resume challenge! It’s a fun way to make your website stand out with some advanced features. Once you have a solid project, showcase it on LinkedIn or another portfolio platform. Keep building and applying for interviews; every application gets you closer!

HTML and CSS are pretty basic, so while they’re a great starting point, you'll want to expand your skill set. Keep building on your knowledge! Try to learn some JavaScript and other frameworks—those skills will make you more appealing to employers.

Have you thought about reaching out to local business owners? They might need someone to help with their website and could be open to giving you a chance. Also, I’m willing to offer mentoring. If you get a project, I’d be happy to guide you through it!

That sounds like a great opportunity! Can I also reach out to you for guidance?
