Hey everyone, I'm having some serious FPS instability issues while playing Counter-Strike 2. My laptop, an Acer Nitro V15 with an i7 13620H CPU and RTX 4050 GPU, doesn't seem to be using its full potential—CPU and GPU usage stays below 50%. My FPS fluctuates between 40 and 90, which is really frustrating, especially since I've seen videos where the same laptop model gets over 200 FPS in CS2. I'm pretty sure it's not a hardware issue since everything else runs smoothly, so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this and knows of any fixes. Otherwise, I might have to do a complete Windows reinstall and hope an update will resolve the issue. Any advice would be appreciated!

You might want to try clearing the DirectX Shader Cache. Some players have found that helps with performance issues in games like CS2! It's pretty straightforward—just head to your system settings and look for Storage, then find the 'Temporary files' section to clear it.
Thanks for the tip! I'm not very familiar with that, though. Could you explain how exactly to clear the DirectX Shader Cache?
