I've been working as a developer and juggling a side startup project, which means I'm often sitting in front of a screen for 8 to 12 hours a day. At just 29, I already struggle with chronic neck tension and sciatica, likely due to poor posture and some old sports injuries. I've recently invested in a nice Aeron chair after reading great reviews, and I try to exercise every morning with YouTube videos. While that's been somewhat helpful, I'm curious if a standing desk would genuinely make a difference for my back issues and whether it's worth the investment. If spending $500 can save my back pain, I'm all in! I'd love to hear about your real-life experiences, as I find ads to be unreliable. Thanks!
