I'm assembling my new PC and I'm curious about fan setups. I'm working with an Nzxt H9 Flow case, an AMD 9950x3d CPU, a Be Quiet! Pure Power 12M 1000W PSU, a Be Quiet! Light Loop 360 cooler, and a 5070ti GPU. The case can support 10 fans, but I'll be using 3 for the AIO cooler. Should I install all 7 of the remaining fans, or is that overkill? The case already has 4 stock fans. I'm thinking that adding more fans would let me run them at lower RPMs, which would keep everything quieter. Also, can anyone recommend a good PWM ARGB hub?

You probably don't need all 7 extra fans. Around 3-4 should do the trick, so aim for about 6-7 total fans including the AIO. Since your case has decent airflow, that should be sufficient!
