I've been experiencing some unusual freezing on my PC since I updated Fortnite for the new season. The freezing happens every few seconds while I'm in a game, and it continues even after I close the game, only stopping when I restart my PC. Interestingly, I can't reproduce this issue with any other games. My Nvidia drivers are up to date, and according to Resource Monitor, the CPU spikes are being caused by "NT Kernel and System." I can share images and specs if anyone needs them.

What CPU do you have? Knowing your specs might help diagnose the issue better. If it’s an older model, that could be part of the problem.
Try downloading Process Explorer from Microsoft. Run it while you play Fortnite, then close Fortnite afterward. This tool can help you identify which processes are using up your CPU. If you see a process that's hogging your resources, see if you can terminate it temporarily to see if that fixes the freezing issue.
I saw something called interrupts listed as the culprit, but I can't seem to kill it. I noticed the CPU usage doesn’t appear to spike during the freezing, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
