A couple of months ago, I was experimenting with Notification Hub and did some tests, but I forgot to cancel my subscription. Now, I've noticed I owe about $300 for only a few hours of use. I'm thinking, what if I just skip paying it? The card linked to my account is no longer valid, so they can't charge me automatically. Honestly, I'm okay with them blocking my account, as I've deleted all the resources. Will I face any serious consequences or will the charges stop piling up?

If you don't pay, there's a chance the debt might get sent to collections. That could negatively impact your credit score over just $300, which isn't great. Even for a small amount, it's better to keep your credit clean if you can.
Skipping out on your Azure bill? Be careful! That can lead to serious consequences. I’ve heard some people jokingly say it could land you in jail! Still, it seems AWS has a similar reputation. But, hey, you're already housebound, right?
Honestly, going to jail wouldn’t change much for me at this point.
I'm not in the USA, so not sure how they handle it here. Can it still affect my credit if it's overseas?
