I'm considering switching my main PC to Linux after having a great experience with Linux Mint on an old laptop. I'm curious about gaming on Linux, specifically if most Steam games will run well. I've come across mixed opinions online—some say they run worse while others claim they perform better. For context, I mainly play games on my PC and want to know if there's any reliable way to run games like Minecraft Bedrock on Linux. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!

You should definitely check out protondb.com to see how the games you play perform on Linux. It’s really helpful for finding compatibility info!
It's a bit of a mixed bag. Games with Anti-Cheat can have trouble on Linux, but non-competitive games like Minecraft usually work fine. I prefer to keep a Windows setup for the more intensive games, though.
Does using Tiny 11 for Windows impact the performance of games?
Thanks for the tip! I’ve heard a bit about Proton but didn’t know how to check its compatibility.
