I'm having trouble with games from the Epic Games Launcher on my Wi-Fi. Specifically, Fortnite keeps giving me an error saying "unable to login to your account at this time," and Rocket League won't even get past the title screen. This isn't just happening on my computer; I tried launching Fortnite on my phone, and I get the same error. However, when I use mobile data, everything works fine. Interestingly, I can play other games on my devices without issues, so I'm pretty sure it's not my Wi-Fi. I've contacted Epic's support, and they confirmed that my account isn't banned and offered some fixes, but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have any insights on what might be causing this or how I can resolve it?

Sounds like your Wi-Fi might have some content blocks in place. Is this a shared network like at a university? If so, that might be the issue. Try checking with whoever manages the Wi-Fi.
Did you try resetting your Epic Games password? It might help, although I get that you can't launch without logging in.
How would I log in to launch it in the first place?
Could be a DNS or VPN conflict. Have you tried resetting your network adapters? That might clear up any issues.
I've had the same problem on my daughter's Xbox. It won't log in over Wi-Fi, but it's fine when connected via Ethernet. Still scratching my head over it, though.
Nope, it's home Wi-Fi that has been working fine—only started having problems today.
