Need Help with First Boot After Building My PC

Hey everyone! I've just finished putting together my PC and I'm really pumped for the first boot. Everything seemed to go smoothly—fans are spinning and all that—but I'm getting no display. According to the MSI MAG X670E Tomahawk WiFi manual, there's a green debug light on, which indicates that my boot device is either not detected or there's a failure. I've looked online for solutions and watched tutorials, but so far, I can't even access the BIOS (I know it's not called that anymore). I have a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and I read that there might be issues with BIOS updates. I tried using the BIOS flash button with a USB to update it, per MSI's guidelines. They mentioned it should take about 5-10 minutes, but now it's been a long while and the PC won't turn off at all. I could really use some help figuring out what's wrong. Thanks a ton!

Make sure you're following the exact steps from your motherboard manual for flashing the BIOS from USB. Sometimes the generic guides miss specifics. Unzip the BIOS file and rename it properly if needed, and try a different USB drive—USB 2.0 is usually more reliable. Also, check your connections; remove the GPU and use the onboard graphics, and try starting with just one stick of RAM. Don't forget to reset the BIOS CMOS! The first boot can take a while, but you shouldn’t see the debug light if everything’s working.

I tried following the manual, but now the PC is still not turning off.

The BOOT LED can be normal for a new build without Windows yet, but it shouldn’t block your display or BIOS access. Double-check to ensure your monitor or TV is set to the correct HDMI input.

I haven't purchased a monitor yet; I’m using my TV. I confirmed it’s on the right HDMI port, but now my PC isn't turning off.
