Stuck with Bad FPS Due to CPU Bottleneck – Need Help!

I'm really having a tough time with my CPU bottlenecking during gaming. My CPU constantly hits 100% utilization while my GPU is barely breaking a sweat at only 10-20% usage. This leads to frustratingly low and fluctuating FPS, especially in games like Roblox (particularly Arsenal), Minecraft, and GTA IV, where I get anywhere from 25 to 50 FPS. I've done quite a bit to troubleshoot on my own—I've watched countless tutorials on YouTube, used MSI Afterburner for monitoring, shut down background apps, and forced games to prioritize GPU usage via the NVIDIA Control Panel. I've also messed around with various settings and even tried tools like ParkControl and other optimizers, while ensuring not to have any thermal throttling or storage issues.

Here are my specs:
- CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 (2 cores, 4 threads, 3.5 GHz)
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
- RAM: 8GB DDR4
- Storage: 1TB WD Green SSD (mostly free space)

I'm currently based in South Sudan, where resources are limited. Life is tough, and we can't afford upgrades. We only get about 4 hours of electricity a day, so I'm hoping to make the most out of my setup during that time. Is this level of CPU bottlenecking typical for my configuration? Any specific adjustments, settings, or secret tips would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance!

It sounds like both your CPU and GPU are holding you back. Honestly, a system like yours is pretty limited. The best bet is to play on the lowest settings possible. If you really need a performance boost, saving for a new system might be the only way—maybe you can find a used one in the $300–$400 range.

You might want to check the specs again, your CPU being the Pentium G4560 is definitely struggling with modern games.
