I'm using Kace WFU to perform a detect and stage for upgrading from Windows 10 22H2 to Windows 11 22H2, but the status keeps getting stuck at 'downloading.' I'm currently collaborating with Kace support, but I could really use any additional advice or insights from the community. Thanks!

I totally get your frustration! The Kace WFU can be a bit temperamental sometimes, especially during major upgrades. Have you tried checking your network connection or any possible restrictions on bandwidth? Sometimes that can cause the 'downloading' status to hang up. Good luck with the upgrade!
By the way, Kace has switched ownership to Quest, so they might be more focused on their newer products. Just a thought, in case that’s affecting their support response! Good luck on your journey to Windows 11, comrade! 💻❤️
