I'm having a tough time with constant Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) crashes that pop up when I load the viewport in Cinema 4D and Redshift. It also happens when I just try to open a PureRef file. My setup includes Windows 11 Pro 64-bit, an AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5995WX CPU, 512GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 GPU. I've already attempted a number of fixes such as using DDU, swapping out graphics cards, updating the BIOS and chipset, and even reinstalling Windows. Interestingly, the same issue persists even when I tried different GPUs, including multiple RTX A5000 cards and a 3090. I have a mini dump file that may contain clues about what's causing this issue.

I had a look at your dump files and it seems they all indicate memory errors, which could be the culprit behind the BSODs. Notably, the common process at the time of the crashes was PureRef.exe. Try closing PureRef and see if the crashes continue. If the crashes stop, maybe reinstall PureRef to see if that resolves the problem. If not, you'll want to reach out to the developer for further assistance.
Hey! Have you checked if there are any dump files available that can help identify the BSOD causes? If you can boot into Windows normally or Safe Mode, look in C:WindowsMinidump for any crash logs. These files are essential for analysis. If you find any, copy them to your desktop, zip the folder, and upload it to a file-sharing site like MediaFire or Catbox. This will give us better insight into what’s going wrong.
Definitely a good call on checking PureRef! It makes sense to rule that out first since it's linked to your crashes. If you keep having issues after trying those steps, gather new dump files so we can dig deeper.
