I recently put together my first PC with my brother, excited to start gaming without using services like GeForce Now. Here's my build: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Cooler Master Hyper 212, ASRock B650M PG Lightning motherboard, 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 RAM, a 2 TB Seagate Barracuda hard drive, a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti GPU, a 650W ADATA XPG power supply, and an NZXT H9 Flow case. However, I'm facing a couple of issues. When powering on, the screen goes black, and I often need to restart for things to load normally with Windows 11. Also, I tried playing Enshrouded after downloading it, but Steam says my PC isn't strong enough, and the game runs slow even at the lowest settings. I need advice on what could be wrong or what I can improve!

It sounds like you're only using a hard drive. Have you thought about getting an SSD? They really speed up boot times and general performance, especially for gaming!
Absolutely! An SSD can make a huge difference in how quickly your games load and how responsive your system feels.
First off, make sure you're connecting your monitor to the GPU's HDMI/DisplayPort and not the motherboard. If you've already done that, updating your graphics drivers is a must. That can sometimes help with startup issues too. Just double-checking where your cable's plugged in is a good first step.
How can I check if the HDMI is plugged into the right spot?
You should see two ports, one on the GPU and one on the motherboard. Make sure you're using the one on the GPU!
I only have the hard drive right now—should I definitely get an SSD?
