I've been having a frustrating issue where my CPU usage spikes to 100% without any clear cause. I tried checking in Task Manager, but it seems normal there. I even did a complete reinstall of Windows, yet the problem still occurs, though it doesn't happen in safe mode. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

What method did you use to reinstall Windows? Sometimes the way you do it can affect performance.
Also, could you share your CPU model and overall specs? It's possible your CPU might struggle with the current OS requirements, especially if it's older.
I'm using a Ryzen 5 5500.
I used an ISO file for the reinstall.
