Does Having Multiple Safari Tabs Open Affect KYC Security?

Hey everyone! I recently went through the KYC process for an online stock broker using a QR code that directed me to a secure page in Safari. At the same time, I had a few other tabs open in Safari. I'm wondering if having those multiple tabs open could impact the security or privacy of the KYC process. Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks!

No, it shouldn't affect your KYC process. The secure connection protects your information regardless of other tabs being open. Just make sure you're on the right site and that it's encrypted!

And what about the technical aspects? Can you go into more detail?

I don’t think having multiple tabs open would impact the security of your KYC. As long as the page is secure (you should look for 'https' in the URL), you should be fine. The security is generally determined by the connection and the site itself, not other tabs.

Could you elaborate on that a bit? I’m still new to this and want to understand better. Thanks!
