I built a PC for my girlfriend a few months ago, and now it's having some serious issues. It posts just fine, but as soon as it tries to boot, it blue screens. Initially, I thought it might be related to her OS, so I tried using my installation USB, but it wouldn't boot into that either. I've gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps: I swapped the RAM, removed the GPU, unplugged both hard drives to check for corruption, messed with every BIOS setting I could think of, reset the CMOS, and reseated the CPU. Unfortunately, I don't have any other working CPUs to test out, just a couple that don't work. I've also noticed two different graphical glitches when switching between CSM and UEFI modes. In UEFI, the MSI logo appears cut in half on each side of the screen when trying to load Windows, and in CSM, the logo is stretched across the bottom of the screen. Any help would be much appreciated!

It’s weird that it worked for months without issues and then suddenly started crashing. Given the age of your components, it's possible something has deteriorated. Have you tried using a different power supply? Sometimes a failing PSU can cause boot issues while still allowing for POST. Also, if you have access to another GPU, it could be worth testing that too.
Based on your specs, it sounds like you have some reliable parts, but age can lead to failures. If it's posting but not booting, I'd suspect the motherboard might have some capacitors failing. Sometimes, even if they work initially, they can cause issues later on. Have you tried booting with just the motherboard, CPU, and RAM outside the case to eliminate any shorting issues?
