I've been having an issue where my Ethernet connection suddenly stopped working on Windows 11. My Wi-Fi still works fine, but the Ethernet was functioning perfectly until a few days ago. I've already tried all the troubleshooting methods I can find, including following multiple YouTube guides, but nothing seems to help. The lights on both my router and the Ethernet port on my PC are lit up, indicating there should be a connection. What can I do to fix this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a hardware issue. I had a similar problem where the onboard Ethernet card on my motherboard failed completely, and after an RMA, it still didn’t work. I ended up buying a used network interface card (NIC) online, which was cheaper than sending it for another return. If you have an available slot in your PC, it might be a good solution. Otherwise, a USB 3.0 NIC could be a handy alternative.
Since you mentioned you’re not super confident with computers, I’d recommend checking out some affordable USB NIC options online. They’re generally easy to set up and should work out of the box. If you feel like testing your existing setup, you could try creating a bootable USB with Linux to see if your Ethernet works in that environment.
Have you tried rebooting all your devices? It sounds simple, but sometimes a fresh start helps. Also, check to see if there's a new driver available for your Ethernet adapter, or try disabling and then re-enabling the adapter. If that fails, a new Ethernet cable or trying a different port on your router or switch could be worth a shot.
