I'm a bit puzzled because this is my personal laptop, and I have no idea why it says, "Your device is managed by your organization. Administrators can access the data in any profile on this device." It pops up every time I create a new user account, and honestly, it's starting to creep me out. Can someone help me remove this message?

Did you purchase the laptop used? If so, it’s possible that the previous owner set it up with an account from a company or school. You might want to check if that’s the case.
Have you ever logged into your laptop using a work or school account? If you have, try logging out from there. It might be linking the device to an organization.
Good point! Sometimes just signing out can help clear these notifications.
Reinstalling Windows could be a more drastic but effective way to ensure it's your personal setup and clear any organizational ties.
Have you messed around with any debloating scripts or changed the Group Policy settings? Those can sometimes cause these kinds of messages.
If you haven’t done this yet, go to "Email and Accounts" in your Settings and remove any work accounts listed there. That could help clear the message.

Yup, I totally agree. If it’s used, that could definitely be why you’re seeing that.
