I'm having a frustrating issue with my hard drive where it keeps restarting even while I'm actively using it. I can hear the sounds of it powering on and shutting down repeatedly, but I haven't noticed any unusual noises apart from that. I've collected logs from GSmartControl, CrystalDiskMark, Task Manager, and HWinfo, which I've included in the comments. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out what's going on!

It sounds like your hard drive might be spinning down. I experienced a similar issue with some Seagate drives. Depending on your drive, you might be able to disable the spin down feature using the WD utility tool. Some drives let you adjust this setting, while others don’t. You can check out the WD support page for help on how to use their utility tool: [WD Utilities Guide](https://support-en.wd.com/app/answers/detailweb/a_id/50396/~//how-to-install-and-use-wd-drive-utilities-features). It's worth a try!
Is it possible for the drive to start doing this suddenly? It seems unusual since my power-on count is jumping around, like 20 increments in just a few minutes. Plus, the read and write speeds are unpredictable—they go from top speed to zero and back. I’ve already disabled power-down in Windows power options, but I'll check out the WD tool!
