I recently experienced an issue with my computer while playing a game. During a session of Siege, everything suddenly went black, as if the power cable had disconnected. After restarting my PC, I noticed that it was running games at a very low frame rate—only about 3 FPS. I also tried launching a simpler game, Balatro, but it required a video driver that supports OpenGL 2.1 or ES 2.0. My system specs include an AMD Ryzen 7700X processor, a B650 Gaming X AX V2 motherboard, 32 GB of RAM, a 2 TB SSD, and an AMD RX 7900 XT graphics card, connected to two Acer KG241Y P3 monitors. Everything was fine until this issue arose.

It sounds like your dedicated GPU isn't being recognized properly. You might want to check if it's showing up as having only 512 MB of VRAM, which could mean it's defaulting to integrated graphics instead. Make sure the GPU is seated correctly in the slot and that all cables including the HDMI are plugged directly into the GPU.
Yeah, I get that! It’s always a bit nerve-wracking checking connections. Just be gentle when you’re looking inside.
You should try using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely remove your current GPU drivers and then reinstall them. It often helps fix issues like this after a random crash.
What’s DDU? Is it a safe tool to use?
I wonder if it randomly disconnected, but I'm worried about damaging my setup.
