I just bought a new ASUS Prime OC 9070XT for $748 after tax from Microcenter. Now, I've found a used TUF 4080 Super OC on Facebook Marketplace for $750. I'm wondering if it's worth returning my 9070XT to get the 4080 Super instead. What do you guys think?

I wouldn't recommend switching from a brand new card like the 9070XT to a used one without knowing its history. You might run into issues with the used card, plus your new one has a warranty if something goes wrong.
If you’re mainly gaming, the 9070XT is a solid choice. However, if you also plan to do streaming or other productivity tasks, the 4080 Super would be a better fit.
If we're talking performance, the upgrade is minimal—maybe 5-10%. Sure, Nvidia has some nice features, but for that small gain, I'd stick with the new 9070XT. Used cards can be risky, especially at that price point.
With the 4080, you get about 7% more performance, plus features like Frame Generation, better efficiency, and AI capabilities. If you do any productive work, it’s a no-brainer. Even just for gaming, the 4080 could be worth it over the 9070XT.
Both cards are pretty comparable in performance, especially at that price. One’s new, the other’s used. It's a tough call, but maybe sticking with the 9070XT is safer.
That's true, but I could ask for a proof of operation when buying it and use PayPal for buyer protection.
