I don't have much experience with building PCs, so I let a shop handle it. They set up two custom-built PCs for me with identical specifications:
- Motherboard: ASUS PRIME A520M-K EU
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
- GPU: Colorful GeForce RTX4060 NB DUO 8GB GDDR6
- PSU: 1st Player ACK 650W EU Standard Supply
- RAM: ADATA Spectrix D35G 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 RGB
- Monitor: AOC 24B20JH3
One of them (PC A) won't boot at all, while the other one (PC B) works perfectly. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including reseating the GPU, tightening connections, resetting the CMOS, and swapping out various components like the PSU and monitor. I even took PC A back to the shop, and they managed to boot it up, but once I brought it home, it refused to start again. Do you think I should return to the shop for a replacement or further help?

It sounds like your PC A might have a deeper issue. Have you checked the warranty that the shop provides? They should cover troubleshooting or replacing faulty components, especially since your systems are only about two weeks old.
Yeah, definitely check with them! If they managed to boot it up, they might have a hint about what's going wrong. It could be something simple like a loose connection that wasn't present when they looked at it.
