I'm curious about the potential to progress from a complete beginner in Python to a junior developer within two years. If I dedicate at least one hour a day to studying and practicing, is that enough? Also, I'd appreciate any advice on how to gauge my learning path and whether Python's really the best option for starting my coding journey.

I went from zero to employable after about 2,800 hours, so with 1 hour daily, you might want to aim for more time. I’d say putting in 2-3 hours a day can really speed things up. After about 1,000 hours of hard work, you can start looking for junior roles.

That's impressive! What kind of projects did you work on to get that experience?
