Hey everyone, I recently built a new PC, but I'm running into a frustrating issue. Every time I boot it up, it goes straight to the BIOS, and I have to manually select Windows to boot. Here are my specs: Gigabyte B550 Gaming X V2 motherboard, Ryzen 5 5600 processor, 32GB of XPG RAM (3200), and a 1TB WD M.2 NVMe SSD. I've checked to make sure the boot order is set correctly, and the SSD is functioning fine since I've been gaming without any problems. It's just this annoying boot issue that's driving me crazy! Any suggestions?

Have you checked if the BIOS key on your keyboard is stuck? Sometimes hardware issues like that can cause weird boot behaviors. But since you mentioned using a 60% keyboard, it might not be the case since you’ve got to press 'fn' and the BIOS key to access BIOS. Still, it wouldn't hurt to try swapping in a different keyboard to rule that out.
It sounds like you might need to update your BIOS. Sometimes, newer hardware needs the latest firmware to work well together. Also, ensure that your memory is stable—if you have XMP enabled, try disabling it and see if that makes a difference. If disabling XMP fixes the issue, it could be that your RAM isn't stable with those settings.
