I've been having some serious issues with my computer. Malware Bytes keeps flagging a PS1 file as a trojan, and it's located in my Roaming folder. I also noticed a strange CPU usage pattern where it drops from 100% to around 40-50% whenever I open Task Manager. I have sensitive information on this machine, like my credit card details and passwords that are all the same, so I'm really worried. Does anyone have any advice or steps I can take to tackle this?

It might be best to reinstall Windows completely. This approach generally removes all malware traces. Although BIOS malware exists, it's pretty rare. If you're comfortable, share the full names of the flagged files or let us know what processes are eating up your CPU in Task Manager; that info could help us sort out the problem better.
The issue is that my CPU usage drops as soon as I open Task Manager, so nothing seems out of the ordinary when I check. The flagged file has a random name filled with numbers and letters, like Trojan.Script: 1915e7cf-2355-4582-b5e9-e4251587fd62.ps1, and it keeps disappearing and reappearing.
