Hey everyone! I hope you can help me out. I have an iPhone 15, and for some reason, it just won't charge beyond 28%. My dad thinks it might have something to do with a power bank I borrowed during a trip, claiming it could have damaged the battery. I'm not too convinced about that, so I'm looking for some troubleshooting tips. Thanks in advance for any advice!

First off, have you checked the charging port for any lint or debris? Sometimes, a little buildup can prevent proper charging. Just give it a quick clean and see if that helps.
If you're not seeing any issues in battery health settings, try charging it overnight without touching it. Also, remember that some users report seeing 'slow charging' messages occasionally without actual problems. It could just be a glitch!
If you've been leaving it plugged in for long periods, it could be causing some charging issues. Also, make sure to check your battery health by going to Settings > Battery. It can give you some info on what might be happening.
So, I checked my battery health, and it shows normal, but here’s the weird part: it says 'slow charging', and my maximum capacity is 86%. I did manage to charge it a bit this morning, but it seems so inconsistent!
