Hey everyone! I'm relatively new at my company and I'm looking to improve our laptop storage situation. Currently, we have a pretty old rack used for our spare laptops, which are all crammed together on top of each other. It's not ideal, especially since I'd like to keep them organized and easily accessible. I've seen some nice cabinets with built-in chargers online, but they aren't available here in the Philippines. Plus, I'm not entirely sure if those would get the green light from management. So I'm hoping to get some suggestions from you on how you store your spare laptops neatly without stacking them. Any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Wire rack shelves work great for me. Consider getting lockable doors and casters for mobility. Plus, I strongly recommend ziptieing a metal housing power strip on it. The plastic ones can be a fire hazard!
I suggest checking out IKEA! The Pax line is great with tons of shelves for organization.
Nice, I’ll take a look at their website. Thanks for the tip!
I just stack mine in a cupboard vertically on their hinges. Simple and effective!
Interesting! Is that a customized cupboard you’re using?
In my office, I don’t have many spare laptops at once. We usually cycle through old models every month, but it’s a small company—just around 110 people. The environment is mostly industrial, with some office space as well.
So do you keep them in a small cabinet or something?
We made use of a sturdy bookshelf and put one of those vertical pot/pan holders often designed for kitchens. It helps keep everything upright and sorted!
Do all the laptops fit in the gaps? Got a picture of it?
We actually keep our spare laptops in the cloud... like, in the Amazon store! Just kidding, but seriously, I don't have many spares on hand. If you can’t store them physically, make sure your digital inventory is on point!
Haha, that made me laugh! But yes, keeping track online is just as important.
It's always good to have a backup plan, right?
Thanks for the warning! Do you have a picture of how that looks?
