Help! My PC Won’t Show BIOS After Reverting Nvidia Driver

I'm having a serious issue with my PC after trying to revert my Nvidia display driver using DDU. Once I removed the previous driver, my screen went completely black when I boot up the computer. The PC powers on, and I can shut it down with Alt + F4, but the display is just blank even though the screen is turned on. I've attempted several solutions but nothing has worked, so I decided to reinstall Windows. I created a bootable USB, but I'm stuck because I can't access the BIOS to change the boot priority. My screen has been showing black during BIOS for a while now, and even though I know that spamming the DEL key should bring it up, it just skips straight to Windows. I even swapped out my PSU not long ago since my PC wouldn't start with one push of the power button. I have an I5 9400f, GTX 1660ti, Gigabyte B360M DSH motherboard, and 16GB of RAM. Is there a way to force access to the BIOS or boot from the USB? I've tried removing the CMOS battery for 20 minutes and putting it back in, but that didn't help either. I'm really in a bind here!

Since your CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics, you'll likely need a different graphics card to get things moving again—preferably one from AMD. Nvidia's drivers have been causing all sorts of chaos lately, including issues like yours where the screen is completely blank after a driver change. If you can borrow or get an older graphics card, that might help you restore your system or at least access the BIOS.
